2. Purpose of this survey

The survey is conducted from student-staff liaison committee for EAP 121 module.The primary objective of this research is to elicit insights from students taking EAP121 regarding their perceptions and behaviors related to this module . The research aims to gather valuable information that can inform future academic support initiatives, enhance student well-being, and contribute to a deeper understanding of student experiences so as to improve EAP121 course design.

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw at any time without giving any reason, without my rights being affected.I understand that results up to the period of withdrawal may be used.
